Shirley Terral\u00a0 to the Foundation in the form of an estate sale.\u00a0 Nearly $8000.00 was raised to support our mission.\u00a0 Additionally we donated many items to various local Hot Springs charities.\u00a0 George &amp; Shirley were wonderful people to say the least, and will be sorely missed.\u00a0 Many of us lost loved ones this past year, and we&#8217;ll hold dear those special memories in our hearts until we meet again.\u00a0 We have this great hope in the coming of our Lord!<\/p><p>We&#8217;re grateful beyond words to all who donated both time and money in the Hot Springs, AR community.\u00a0 A special thanks to Steven Mross\u00a0 of The Hot Springs Sentinel-Record newspaper, who penned\u00a0 a fantastic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotsr.com\/news\/2021\/nov\/24\/nyc-based-charitable-foundation-to-benefit-from\/\">article<\/a> on our mission and the charity estate sale.\u00a0 It was a combined effort of love and generosity for a concern that touches all of our hearts:\u00a0 homelessness and orphans.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>December 29, 2021<\/strong> The Blessed Are Foundation is excited to announce that it is the inaugural 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization teaming up with <i><a href=\"https:\/\/givingonchain.io\/\">Giving On Chain<\/a>.\u00a0 Giving on Chain will manage Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) &amp; href=\"https:\/\/blessedare.org\/team\">Dennis Otu<\/a> gears up for his mission to Ghana with water filtration systems he personally purchased to provide clean drinking water for some local Ghanaians and his family.\u00a0 Dennis, leaving nothing to chance, had the filters sent to the foundation&#8217;s NYC home office, where he next had them shipped to Ghana as the original manufacturer could not.\u00a0 What a labor of love.\u00a0 The foundation has been blessed to be able to reimburse Dennis so he can better use his personal funds for his rapidly expanding family, which just doubled in size!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Update December 2021<\/strong> Praise God, Dennis and his wife Hannah have recently taken in two orphans as their own.\u00a0 The adoption process is ongoing.\u00a0 God-willing it will resolve quickly and may God bless this new family.\u00a0 Amen.\u00a0 We can&#8217;t wait to share pictures of the family.\u00a0 \u00a0Dennis continues to liaise for us in <a
